Part A: Room Setups: Please check the room setup requested for your workshop
Theater-style: This setup is the standard room setup. It consists of a head table for 6, a table top podium and a wired, hand-held microphone, which can be detached from the podium.
Round Tables: Total # of tables requested; # of seats @ each table. Round tables are useful for small group interaction. However, they limit the total number of participants who can attend the workshop.

Part B: Equipment Request (Please check all that apply):
Coordinators: Please consult with all speakers and make sure that all necessary equipment has been ordered. Note: Speakers must bring their own laptops for their presentation. ACA does not provide laptop computers.
SPEAKER ID BADGES
It will be your responsibility to notify Darya Seraj, Professional Development Specialist, at ACA about the speaker badges that should be prepared for the Conference or Congress. However, please remember the ACA policy statement concerning speaker/participant registration and make certain that all parties are correctly informed. Speaker badges are only needed for those speakers who are not in the field of corrections/criminal justice and are only coming to the conference to present at their workshop. Please request speaker badges at least 4 weeks prior to the conference date.
