Certified Corrections Supervisor/Security Threat Group (CCS/STG)
Who should take the CCS/STG exam?
This category includes individuals at the “mid-management” level who work
with both staff and offenders in a correctional setting and focus on supervising
and monitoring security threat groups and gangs. It includes those responsible
for implementing agency procedures and supervising/evaluating personnel.

Qualifications: Education and Work Requirements
• Associate degree OR HS/GED + 5 years of full-time corrections experience
• One (1) year work experience in present position at the supervisory level.
CCS/STG Certification Program Fee:
• ACA member: $180
• Non-ACA member: $225
