EXHIBITOR NOTICE

Unauthorized Company Soliciting Housing for ACA 2012 Winter Conference

Several exhibitors have reported receiving telephone solicitation calls this week from personnel who say they are associated with ACA Housing in connection with ACA's 2012 Winter Conference in Phoenix, AZ.

No third party companies have been authorized by ACA to provide housing for our meeting. Housing is directly through ACA.
ACA has secured a housing block providing convenient and discounted room rates for those who attend the2012 Winter Conference. These rooms are only available through ACA's website and/or the official ACA housing form.
ACA will never directly solicit you to book your hotel rooms. If you do receive a telephone call offering hotel rooms, this offer is from one of these other non-affiliated, third party housing vendors.
ACA will address this unfortunate conduct directly with the third party vendors. We apologize for any confusion their actions may have caused.
