Correctional Staffing
In June 2004, ACA released The Full Spectrum: Essays on Staff Diversity in Corrections. This collection of essays on staff diversity issues in corrections provides insight into the challenges that staff and management have in relating to one another and to offenders, given the changing demographics among staff and inmate populations.
