How Can E-Learning Benefit
Correctional Staff?
Research has
shown that e-learning is a cost-effective and dynamic training tool. Interactive
learning creates a positive experience and motivates students to learn. As one
correctional officer, who is an OCA student, commented, "Each chapter kept me

Consistency - Even
when trainers use the same lesson plans, delivery of the training varies from
